Ovarian Cancer Application
CONNECTOR is extremely flexible in analyzing longitudinal data and aims to tackle a key difficulty in the visualization of high-dimensional clustering data. To show the basic use of CONNECTOR, we analyzed the spontaneous tumor growth patterns of patient-derived xenograft (PDX) lines derived from the propagation of one chemotherapy-naive high-grade serous epithelial ovarian cancer (HGS-EOC). In particular, we will exploit PDX line #475 and PDX line #1864 of the protocol published in (Erriquez J, 2016).
